BrandTech pipette tips are produced using the most advanced cleanroom techniques, using resins free from oleamide and diHEMDA.All rack-packed tips are free from DNA, RNase, ATP and endotoxin within detectable limits. BIO-CERT sterile tips are sterilized according to ISO 11 137 and AAMI guideline with an SAL of 10-6.
Filtered pipette tips to fit all BrandTech pipettes with a gray color code, as well as pipettes from leading manufacturers using ultramicro or Crystal pipette tips.Filters are pure polyethylene without sealing additives that can contaminate samples, and lock samples inside of tips.Three different varieties are available.
The nano-cap™ tip was specially developed for the nanoliter range and hence is ideal for molecular biological applications such as PCR. It is 37mm long, and features a capillary rise that is even visible to the naked eye at 0.1µL. The capillary part of the tip conveniently fills gel wells for gel electrophoresis systems from most manufacturers. Suitable for pipettes up to 20µL. The racked tips are colorless and placed into a grey-colored tip tray.
Tips are packaged as reloads for BrandTech's TipBox system. Sterile TipRefills are supplied with a transfer aid to allow contact-free insertion of the TipRefill into a previously sterilized TipBox.
