Returns and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything in our power to make it right. If the item is unopened, you may return the item within 30 days of the receipt of the order for a refund, with the exception of products that are shipped sterile. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. If the the item purchased is sterile, we will not be able to accept a return, but will work with you to find the right product for your lab needs. 

To start a return, email support@sycamorebio.com and disclose the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Your Order Number
  • Your Reason for Returning the Product(s)

The Sycamore Customer Support Team will contact you within one business day of the return request to provide further instruction on the returns process.
