Returns and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything in our power to make it right.

Return Eligibility

If the purchased item is unopened, you may return the item within 30 days of the receipt of the order for a refund, with the exception of sterile ordered products. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Please see below for more information regarding restocking fees on refunds.


If a product was ordered by mistake, or was not as expected, we would be more than happy to find a suitable product to exchange it with if the original ordered product is unused. We want to ensure you have the product(s) you need and are fully satisfied with your purchase. Please note on some brands and products, a restocking fee may be applied.

Sterile Products

If the item purchased is sterile, we will not be able to accept a return or exchange, but will be more than happy to work with you to find the right product for your lab needs.

Restocking Fees

In regards to restocking fees, Sycamore Life Sciences generally follows the manufacturer's guidelines for each product. The restocking fee varies up to 25% based on the product and manufacturer. Once a return is requested, we will provide more information regarding the fees involved, if any.

Return Shipping

Sycamore Life Sciences does not cover shipping expenses for returned product(s). Once a return has been requested, we will provide return instructions and the address to return the product(s) to. All returned product(s) must be sent via traceable means. Examples would be UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, USPS Priority Mail. Be sure to retain the tracking information for your records.

To start a return, email support@sycamorebio.com and provide us the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Your Order Number
  • Your Reason for Returning the Product(s)

Price Errors

Sycamore reserves the right to cancel any and all orders with price errors, with or without prior notice. While we strive to offer best pricing information to our customers, sometimes the pricing information may contain errors and we have to receive an order with corrected pricing or cancel the entire order.

Image Errors

Images are for representation only. If an image error is found or reported on our product page, we may have to cancel the order. 


Hawaii and Alaska 

Sycamore is not equipped to ship to Hawaii or Alsaka through Web Based orders. We kindly request that the customers submit a quote request to get an accurate product and shipping quotation prior to placing an order with us. Order with shipping price errors will be cancelled with or without prior notice.

Order Cancellation

Sycamore reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that doesnt meet our company guidlines, with or without prior notice. All orders cancelled prior to shipment are eligible for a refund.


The Sycamore Customer Support Team will contact you within one business day of the return request to provide further instruction on the returns process.
