Cell Treat's Cell Scrapers are designed for the harvesting of cells from various tissue culture items. The scrapers will feature a soft, pliable blades for improved contact with growth surface to gently remove cells and to maximize your recovery. Item # 229316 will be have a 390 mm handle and will feature a 30 mm "lifter" blade that will give you a raking motion, the blade itself will be positioned perpendicular to the handle. This scraper will be made out of ABS plastic while the blade will be made out of Thermo Plastic Elastomer to help prevent the damage of cell culture. Scrapers are non-pyrogenic, will be sterilized by gamma irradiation and will be packaged individually.
