60-102, Direct acting mutagens do not require the use of S9 metabolic activation to cause mutagenicity. Daunomycin (CAS# 20830-81-3). For use in Ames test with TA98 & TA1538 tester strains. Dose 60 µg/plate. Reconstitute with organic solvents such as DMSO or sterile dH2O as applicable.
