Description

Diazo Biotin DBCO contains a biotin moiety linked to an DBCO group through a sodium dithionite (Na₂S₂O₄) cleavable diazo linker. Captured protein targets can be released under mild conditions with 50 mM sodium dithionite solution, and identified by mass spectrometry, ELISA, dot blot, or Western blot applications.
