Biotin Picolyl Azide is an advanced biotin probe that incorporates a copper-chelating motif to raise the effective concentration of Cu(I) at the reaction site to boosted the efficiency of the CuAAC reaction resulting in a faster and more biocompatible CuAAC labeling.
