A trifunctional, green-fluorescent biotin probe that can be used for simultaneous labeling of alkyne-tagged biomolecule with biotin and fluorescein. Unlike typical fluorescent labeling reagent, Fluorescein Biotin Azide (FAM Biotin Azide) also incorporates a biotin group. Together these features allow for both visualization and affinity purification of alkyne-tagged molecules.
