60-113.15, Indirect acting mutagens require the use of S9 metabolic activation to cause mutagenicity. Cyclophosphamide (CAS# 6055-19-2). For use in Ames test with TA1535 & TA100 tester strains. Dose 100 µg/plate. Reconstitute in organic solvent such as DMSO or sterile dH2O as applicable.
