60-120, Direct acting mutagens do not require the use of S9 metabolic activation to cause mutagenicity. Sodium Azide (CAS# 26628-22-8). For use in Ames test with TA100 & TA1535 tester strains. Dose 1.5 - 5.0 µg/plate. Reconstitute with sterile dH2O as applicable.
