Benchmark TubeRollers are designed for the gentle, thorough mixing of a variety of containers, including Vacutainers, bottles, test tubes, centrifuge tubes and roller bottles. The Tube Roller, R3005, includes 5 rollers, and operates at a constant 38 rpm which is also the optimum speed for the broadest range of mixing requirments.The roller has an amplitude of 13 mm and has a continuous motion of rolling and tilting simultaneously.The tilt angle for the tube roller is +/- 5 degrees. The operating temperature of hte TubeRoller is 4 to 40C. This product comes with a 2 year warranty.
As the roller mechanism rotates through each complete revolution, the right side of each roller is gently elevated 13 mm and then returns to the horizontal starting position. This additional, gentle up and down motion creates a wave effect for the tubes and guarantees that the entire sample is thoroughly mixed. This is truly the next level of roller mixing that the standard stationary roller mixer cannot provide.
