Reconstitute with 2 ml pyrogen-free deionized water in a pyrogen-free tube. Reconstitution can also be performed in DMSO (1mg/ml stock solution). Homogenize by vortexing or use a homogenizer or sonicator to prepare a homogenous solution. Further dilutions can be made with cell culture medium or pyrogen-free deionized water. PBS is not recommended for reconstitution or dilution.

Soluble in pyrogen-free deionized water, DMSO or aqueous buffers at pH <7.5.
