Reconstitute with 200µl distilled water. TBS should be used for dilution as PBS may cause precipitation. Dilute with 20mM TBS, pH 7.4, containing 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide and 10mM calcium chloride. In case of immunohistochemistry on paraffin or frozen sections, Ca2+ is not necessary.
