Binds human and mouse TNF-α (tumor necrosis factor-a).

Previous data has shown that TNF-R1 receptor binds to TNF-R1 and triggers various biological effects (including cell death). rhTNF-R1:Fc fusion protein blocks TNF-α-mediated lysis with a inhibitory activity in a concentration range of 10-50ng/ml using Wehi cells.
