| Recommendation Dilutions/Conditions | Immunocytochemistry: Use 1:20-1:50 dilution on acetone fixed cytospin preparations.Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections): Use 1:20 dilution on acetone fixed frozen sections followed by incubation with rabbit anti-mouse IgG and a monoclonal mouse APAAP complex.Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections): Use on formaldehyde-fixed paraffin-embedded human tissues and tumors after pretreatment with 10mM citric acid, pH 6.0, for 20 min.Suggested dilutions/conditions may not be available for all applications. Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application. |
