The enzyme component should be thawed as close to the time of use as is possible, and held on ice while in use. The enzyme can be frozen and thawed up to 5 times, but care should be taken to minimize both the time the enzyme spends on ice, and the number of times it is frozen and thawed. Do not hold the diluted enzyme at assay temperature (e.g 37°C) for an extended time before starting the assay.

Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. After opening, prepare aliquots and store at -80°C.
