Produced in Sf9 insect cells with N-terminal GST tage. Human VEGFR2 (aa 805-1356). Produced in a baculovirus expression system.

≥400 pmol/min/µg. Assay was done in Kinase buffer containing 0.2 mM DTT using Poly- (Glu4:Tyr)-biotin substrate (0.2 mg/ml) and 20 μM ATP. Reaction was done at 30°C for 40 min. Amount of ATP transferred was calculated using Kinase-Glo reagent (Promega).

When stored under the above conditions, this enzyme is stable at the concentration supplied, in its current storage buffer. Procedures such as dilution of the enzyme followed by refreezing, could lead to loss of activity.

After opening, prepare aliquots, freeze in liquid nitrogen and store at -80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
