Enzo ENZ-53007-C200 ORGANELLE-ID-RGB® reagent I (200 µl)

A sample from the ORGANELLE-ID-RGB® reagent I is used to stain HeLa cells using the procedures described in the Specific Protocol. Cells stained with ORGANELLE-ID-RGB® reagent I showing composite nuclei in blue, mitochondria in green and lysosomes in red.

200μl (for 1000 microscopy assays).

Lysosomal (Red): Excitation: 568nm; Emission: 667nm
Mitochondrial (Green): Excitation: 460nm; Emission: 560nm
Nuclear (Blue): Excitation: 350nm; Emission: 461nm
