AMPIVIEW^® Dig (anti-rabbit) Detection AP-Red Kit contains POLYVIEW^®  PLUS AP (anti-r) Reagent that has been developed by directly labeling anti-rabbit immunoglobulins with enzymes using a proprietary tandem hyper-labeling technology in ready-to-use format. This ensures consistent and reproducible immunodetection of rabbit antibodies against nuclear, cytoplasmic and membrane antigens in different types of tissues. POLYVIEW^® PLUS AP(Anti-rabbit) Reagent allows faster staining procedures as compared to traditional two-step methods using biotin and avidin/streptavidin conjugates, with significantly lower background. Stunning results can be achieved when POLYVIEW^® PLUS detection reagent is combined with HIGHDEF^® chromogens and counterstains.
