Recognizes actin isotypes α and γ of smooth muscle cells. This antibody labels leiomyosarcomas and leiomyomas but does not react with other neoplasms such as carcinoma or lymphoma. Except for myoepithelium, it is nonreactive with other mesenchymal and all epithelial cells.
