AMPIVIEW^® HPV 31/33/51 RNA probes have been designed to target the human papillomavirus (HPV) type 31, type 33 and type 51 for its detection in tissues and cells. AMPIVIEW^® HPV 31/33/51 RNA probes are conjugated with digoxigenin and have been optimized to produce clear results with Enzo’s nanopolymer-based detection system, POLYVIEW^® Plus, DIGX^® anti-digoxigenin linker and, high-quality chromogens and counterstains, HIGHDEF^® to produce clear results that can be visualized with a light microscope.

AMPIVIEW^® HPV 31/33/51 RNA Probes are optimized for detection with either POLYVIEW^® PLUS detection reagents, HIGHDEF^® chromogens and counterstains (not inlcuded). Dilutions and concentration optimization can be done with AMPIVIEW^® hybridization buffer (ENZ-ACC152), included in this set.

Stable for at least a year after receipt when stored as recommended. Use probe immediately after dilution with AMPIVIEW® Hybridization Buffer (included).

Allow contents to warm up to room temperature prior to use.
