AMPIVIEW^® SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid (AS) Bio RNA probes have been designed to target the nucleic acid of the nuclecapsid protein from SARS-CoV2 in tissues and cells. AMPIVIEW^® SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid (AS) Bio RNA Probes are conjugated with biotin and have been optimized to produce clear results with Enzo’s anti-biotin linker and nanopolymner-based detection systems, POLYVIEW^® PLUS, combined with HIGHDEF^® chromogens and counterstain to produce clear results that can be visualized with a light microscope.

1 x 2 mL AMPIVIEW^® Hybridization Buffer (1X)

AMPIVIEW^® SARS-CoV-2 Nucleocapsid (AS) Bio RNA Probes are optimized for detection with either SAVIEW^® PLUS and POLYVIEW^® PLUS detection reagents, HIGHDEF^® chromogens and counterstains (not inlcuded). Dilutions and concentration optimization can be done with AMPIVIEW^® hybridization buffer, included in this set.

Aliquot and store at -20°C or -80°C. Under these conditions, products are stable until its expiration dates.

Allow contents to warm up to room temperature prior to use.
