AMPIVIEW^® HPV HR-15 (AS) DNP RNA probes have been designed to target the nucleic acid of E6/E7 for human papillomavirus (HPV) genotype 16, 18, 31, 33, 35, 39, 45, 51, 52, 56, 58, 59, 66, 68 and 82 for its detection in tissues and cells. AMPIVIEW^® HPV HR-15 (AS) DNP RNA probes are conjugated with dinitrophenol and have been optimized to be amplified with AMPIVIEW^® Rabbit anti-DNP linker and detected with POLYVIEW^® PLUS combined with HIGHDEF^® chromogens and counterstain to produce clear results that can be visualized with a light microscope.

AMPIVIEW^® HPV HR-15 (AS) DNP RNA Probes  are optimized for amplification with AMPIVIEW^® Rabbit anti-DNP Linker and detection with POLYVIEW^® PLUS detection reagents combined with HIGHDEF^® chromogens and counterstains (not inlcuded). Dilutions and concentration optimization can be done with AMPIVIEW^® hybridization buffer, included in this set.

Aliquot and store at -20°C. Under these conditions, products are stable until its expiration dates. 

Allow contents to warm up to room temperature prior to use.
