AMPIVIEW^® Engrailed 1 (AS) DNP RNA probes (Xenopus laevis) have been designed to detect the nucleic acid for Engrailed 1 (EN1) gene in Xenopus laevis or African clawed frogs. AMPIVIEW^® Engrailed 1 (AS) DNP RNA probes (Xenopus laevis) are conjugated with dinitrophenol (DNP) labels and have been optimized to produce clear results with Enzo’s AMPIVIEW^® anti-DNP linker and nanopolymner-based detection systems, POLYVIEW^® PLUS, combined with HIGHDEF^® chromogens and counterstain to produce clear results that can be visualized with a light microscope.

AMPIVIEW^® Engrailed 1 (AS) DNP RNA Probes (Xenopus laevis) are optimized for detection of the nucleic acid (RNA/DNA or RNA) of African clawed frog’s Engrailed 1 in FFPE tissues or cells with AMPIVIEW^® anti-DNP linker, POLYVIEW^® PLUS detection reagents combined with HIGHDEF^® chromogens and counterstains (linker and detection solutions not included). Dilutions and concentration optimization can be done with AMPIVIEW^® Hybridization Buffer (1X), included in this set.

Aliquot and store at -20°C. Under these conditions, products are stable until its expiration dates.

Allow contents to warm up to room temperature prior to use.
