This polystyrene 12 x 75 mm culture tube has a 5 mL capacity and can withstand 3000 RPM. The tube is packaged sterile and comes with an attached dual position ribbed LDPE cap which provides aerobic or anaerobic storage of samples. Scientists and technicians should leave the dual position snap cap in the loose position for aerobic work and in the sealed position for anaerobic cultures. The tube can be used in temperatures between -40 and 90C. It is not autoclavable.
The tube comes packaged in 25 tubes per bag and 20 bags per case for a total of 500 tubes.
