60-108.1, Direct acting mutagens do not require the use of S9 metabolic activation to cause mutagenicity. Methyl methanesulfonate (MMS; CAS# 66-27-3). For use in E. coli mutagenicity test with E. coli WP2 tester strains. Dose 2.5 µL/plate. This product comes in neat format. Add organic solvents such as DMSO or sterile dH2O as applicable.
