60-114.2, Indirect acting mutagens require the use of S9 metabolic activation to cause mutagenicity. Benzo (α) pyrene (CAS# 50-32-8). For use in Ames test with TA1535, TA1538, TA100 & TA98 tester strains. Dose 20 µg/plate. Reconstitute in organic solvent such as DMSO or sterile dH2O as applicable.
