Additionally, specialized trastuzumab-fused masked forms of this antibody—T-scFv40 + TEV, T-scFv40 + Factor Xa, and T-scFv40 + TEV + Factor Xa—were used to evaluate binding affinity to HER2 via flow cytometry and confocal microscopy (Orozco et al., 2022; PMID: 35799328). |
