| Application Notes: | The original mouse IgG2c format has been shown to have neutralizing activity and has been used to label ZIKV infected cells (4% PFA fixation, 0.1% saponin permeabilization). Yi et al. (PMID: 29033368) used this antibody for Western Blotting at a concetnration of 0.5 ug/ml. |
