It is the causative agent of Korean Hemorrhagic Fever, or Hantavirus hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome, in humans. Despite a large interaction area, the Kd was reported in the micromolar range by SPR. Binding to rGc is reported to inhibit liposome binding. |
