This antibody recognises conformational epitopes by ELISA, but not linear epitopes in immunoblot analysis (Wang et al, 2017). A Fab derived from this antibody has been used to determine the structure of Hepatitis A viral particles, through both cryo-EM microscopy and X-ray crystallography (Wang et al, 2017). |
