In addition, this antibody inhibits human TNFα-induced cytotoxicity in several human and mouse cell lines, including murine L929 cells. A peptide derived from the CDR1 of the light chain of this antibody can also inhibit TNFα binding to L929 cells (Doring et al, 1994). |
