In ELISA experimenets, R454511 was found to bind to Cs conjugated with both Thr2 (Thr2-Cs-BSA) and Lys8 (D-Lys8-Cs-BSA) (Quesniaux et al., 1990). The crystal structure of R454511 in complex with CsA has been obtained to 2.65 Å resolution (Altschuh et al., 1992). |
