| Specificity Statement: | Nano-27 is specific for GII.10 strain of Norovirus, and does not show cross-reactivity with GI.1, GI.11, GII.1, GII.2, GII.4 2006 and 2012, GII.10, GII.12, or GII.17 strains. |
| Application Notes: | The binding specificity of Nano-27 for the P domain of Norovirus strain GII.10 was confirmed using ELISA (Koromyslova et al, 2017). Using ITC the Kd of Nano-27 binding to the P domain of GII.10 was estimated as 9.50x10^-9 M (Koromyslova et al, 2017). The structure of Nano-27 in complex with G11.10 P domain was also obtained (Koromyslova et al, 2017). In neutralisation assays Nano-27 did not inhibit the binding of GII.10 to A-type saliva, B-type saliva, or pig gastric mucin (Koromyslova et al, 2017). |
