The antibody does not cross-react with MIP1α (CCL3), MIP1β (CCL4), HCC-1 (CCL14), TARC (CCL17), MDC (CCL22), MIP3β (CCL19), MCP-1 (CCL2), RANTES (CCL5), or MCP-3 (CCL7) (Lindhout et al, 2001, pmid:11207283) (van der Voort et al., 2005). |
| Application Notes: | This antibody can be used both in direct and sandwich ELISA (van der Voort et al., 2005). The antibody was shown to work in immunohistochemistry (Lindhout et al, 2001). Immunopercipitation can be done using this antibody (van der Voort et al., 2005). The antibody is also reccomended for flow cytometry. |
