Application Notes: This antibody is recommended for the detection and analysis of beta-catenin via various methods, such as Western blot, flow cytometry and immunofluorescence of cells and tissues. For instance, the antibody 15B8 was utilized in labelling beta-catenin in oral mucosa samples via immunohistochemistry (Das et al., 2013). Another group used this antibody in the identification of beta-catenin in extracts from K562 cells via Western blots (Kotula et al., 2014). Furthermore, this antibody was applied during immunohistochemistry stainings of transverse sections taken through the midbrain region of 8–9ss embryos (Schiffmacher et al., 2016).
