| Application Notes: | The antibody 7G6 is recommended for the detection and analysis of desmocollin-2 (desmocollin-3) via various methods, such as immunohistochemistry, Western blot and others. For instance, the antibody was used to label desmocollin-2 in primary human keratinocytes via immunohistochemistry (Franke et al., 2006). Similarly, another group detected desmocollin-2 in A431 cells (Wahl et al., 2005). The antibody 7G6 was also utilized in the assessment of expression levels of desmocollin-2 in SHEEC and KYSE510 cells via Western blot (Fang et al., 2014). |
