The binding activity and specificity of the antibody fragment was established by its reactivity toward tetanus toxoid in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunoblot analysis. F13 Fab is capable of neutralizing tetanus toxoid. The neutralizing activity was determined by flocculation assay (PMID: 24678405). |
