For instance, the mouse version of this antibody was used to detect Mitofusin-2 by western blot in extract of crude cardiac mitochondrial preps from WT, Mfn1 KO or Mfn2 KO mice. It was also used for immunohistochemistry in which Mitofusin-2 was detected in adult rat hippocampus. |
