| Application Notes: | The IgG1 version of this antibody has been used for immunocytochemistry on a peptide corresponding to the antigen (Fyk-Kolodziej et al, 2011; PMID: 21211553). The IgG1 version of this antibody has been used for western blotting on the DCN and VCN of deaf mice (Fyk-Kolodziej et al, 2011; PMID: 21211553). Immunofluorescense on PVCN of rats has been preformed by using the IgG1 verion of this antibody (Fyk-Kolodziej et al, 2011; PMID: 21211553). The IgG1 version of this antibody was used to preform western blot and immunofluorescense on the electroplaque of Torpedo californica (Li and Harlow, 2014; PMID:24744885). |
