Involved in the positive regulation of voltage-gated sodium channel activity. Promotes neuronal excitability by elevating the voltage dependence of neuronal sodium channel SCN8A fast inactivation. |
| Application Notes: | This antibody is recommended for detection and analysis of FGF12 by immunohistochemistry and immunoprecipitation. For instance, the mouse version of this antibody was used to detect FGF12 by immunocytochemistry in COS cells expressing GFP-tagged FGF12b/FHF1b. |
