For instance, the mouse version of this antibody was used to detect GIT2 by western blot in : extracts of rat brain membranes (RBM) and COS cells transiently transfected with Flag-tagged GIT1 and GIT2 and untagged Kv2.1 plasmids. Furthermore it was used to detect GIT2 by immunohistochemistry in adult rat hippocampus. |
