Specificity Statement:This antibody was specific for Arl13b. It does not cross-react with Arl13a. Arl13b is a cilium-specific protein required to control the microtubule-based, ciliary axoneme structure. May act by maintaining the association between IFT subcomplexes A and B.
Application Notes:Rat E11.5 embryonic spinal cords were used for immunofluorescence with this antibody (Ferent et al, 2019; PMID:31825820). Immunoblotting was preformed on lysated mouse tissue using this antibody (Gigante et al, 2020; PMID:32129762). Arl13bhnn MEFs were immunostained with this antibody (Revenkova et al, 2018; PMID:29592971). Immunofluorescence was preformed on mouse kidney cells using this antibody (Hwang et al, 2019; PMID:30799239). Immunohistochemistry was preformed against mouse embryos using this antibody (Fiore et al, 2020; PMID:32169553). X. tropicalis tissues were immunostained with this antibody (Saurabh et al, 2018; PMID:30377171). Immunocytochemistry was preformed on MEFs with this antibody (Muñoz-Estrada et al, 2019; PMID:31391239).
