Application Notes:This antibody is capable of identifying acetylated BSA and various acetlylysine containing mouse peptides in an ELISA. This antibody can also recognize acetyllysine-containing protein from human T cell leukemia cell line MOLT-4F lysate in a western blot assay (EP1783142, ISBN-10: 1594545502). The HRP-SH conjugated ACK2F12 was capable of detecting chemically conjugated BSA in a western blot assay (EP1783142). This antibody was used in the study of organ specific post translational lyine acetylation in mice (PMID: 16247734)
