| Application Notes: | The original human IgG1, GLA-S4F18 antibody binds human and mouse notch 4 with an EC50 of 0.09 nM and 0.11 nM respectively as measured by direct ELISA. The binding of this antibody to surface expressed notch 4 was determined by flow cytometry. This antibody was reported to significantly delay tumor regrowth when administered in combination with carboplatin in an ovarian xenograft tumor model. When used in combination with cisplatin it delayed tumor regrowth in ovarian PDX models. It also resulted in reduction in cancer stem cells (CSC) present in tumors when treated with GLA-S4F18 alone or in combination with abraxane (WO2018039107). |
