The binding of the antibody to various envelope glycoprotein was confirmed using ELISA (PMID: 22438910). A bispecific VHH with 2E7 and CD4bs VHH (J3/3E3) was reported to enhance strain specific potencies up to 1400 folds higher than the mixture of the individual VHHs (PMID: 31544844). |
