| Application Notes: | A5 scFv binds to ErbB3 ECD with a KD of 1.6 × 10−7 M. The ability to bind HER3 was assesed in this antibody using surface plasmon resonance. An anti ErbB2/ErbB3 bispecific antibody made from ML3-9 and A5 clones called the A5-linker-ML3.9 bs-scFv exhibits selective targeting of tumour cells in vitro and in vivo that co-express the two target antigens over tumour cells that express only one target antigen or normal cells that express low levels of both antigens.
