| Application Notes: | The antibody detected human P-Cadherin from A431 cell lysate by Western blot analysis. The antibody was used to immunoprecipitate P-Cadherin. Further, the antibody was shown to have inhibitory activity, by disrupting P-cadherin-mediated cell-cell adhesion with A-431 cells (Lewis et al., 1994; PMID: 8006450). The antibody detected P-cadherin by immunofluorescence (Owens et al., 2000; PMID: 10708559). |
