Application Notes:Cloned mouse Th cells L2, grown on CBA/J stimulating spleen cells were used for flow cytometry using this antibody (Wall et al, 1983; pmid:6193171). The inhibition of 125I-7 1-54.3 binding to mouse spleen cel was tested using this antibody (Wall et al, 1983; pmid:6193171). Cells isolated from the spleen, BM, and peripheral blood of transplanted and control animals were assayed by flow cytometry using this antibody (Bjornson et al, 1999; pmid:9915700). Mouse spleen leukocytes were analyzed in flow cytometry using this antibody (Xie et al, 2006; pmid:17050600). Plenic lymphocytes derived from transgenic mice expressing wild-type (WT) H-2Kb, ΔY or Δ7. H-2Kb were used for immunoprecipitation. In this procedure the proteins were immunoprecipitated using this antibody (Lizée et al, 2003; pmid:14566337). Peripheral blood leukocytes from mice were used in a flow cytometry assay using this antibody (Lizée et al, 2003; pmid:14566337). Immunofluorescence was preformed on mouse mature spleen-derived DCs using this antibody (Lizée et al, 2003; pmid:14566337). M1 cells, a clonal isolate derived from B16-F10 murine melanoma cells, were immunostained using this antibody (Hauser et al, 1993; pmid:8467514).
