The antibody shows inhibitory activity on murine IL-6 on a B9 hybridoma cell bioassay. The bioassay was run with varying concentrations of the antibody in order to determine the effective concentration for neutralizing IL-6. (Scott et al, 2006; pmid: 16930722). |
