| Application Notes: | The specificity of this antibody (IgG1) was confirmed in ELISA analysis. The antibody detected the recombinant chIL-17A by western blot. This antibody was used for flow cytometry on CU205 cells (Yoo et al, 2008; pmid: 18022248). The antibody was used to study the interactions between chIL-17RA and chIL-17A by western blot (Kim et al, 2014; pmid: 24980970). The cross-reactivity of the antibody to chIL17 with duck IL17 was evaluated by indirect ELISA. The binding intensity of the antibody to recombinant chIL17 was similar to recombinant duIL17. The antibody detected duIL-17A by western blot (Yoo et al., 2009; pmid: 19573930). |
